Returns Policy

Our products are sold through Amazon and Etsy. Each platform has its own returns policy, which will apply to your purchase.

Amazon Purchases

Items purchased through Amazon are covered by Amazon's A-to-Z Guarantee and standard returns policy. You can initiate a return directly through your Amazon account within 30 days of receipt.

Etsy Purchases

Items purchased through our Etsy shop are eligible for return within 14 days of delivery. Please contact us through Etsy messaging to arrange a return.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately with photos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.
